Notice of regular election

                         To be conducted by mail ballot

                         Silver Heights Water & Sanitation District

To whom it may concern and particularly to the electors of the Silver Heights Water & Sanitation District of the County of Douglas, Colorado:

NOTICE IS HEREBY Given that a regular election of the Silver Heights Water & Sanitation District shall be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.The election is being conducted as a mail ballot election. Mail ballots are required to be mailed to eligible electrs between April 10, 2023 and April 17, 2023.

At said election, the electors of the DDistrict shall vote for two (2) Directors to serve four (4) year-terms of office on the Board of Directors of the District:

Larry Ray Brown

Roy L. Richards

William Richard (Dick) Ansteth

Richard Rasmussen

Eligible electors may apply for new or replacement mail ballots and return voted mail ballots to the offices of the Designated Election Official, which is also the ballot drop-off/walk-in voting location, c/o Community Resource Services of Colorado, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, Suite 103E, Greemwood Village, CO 80111. The offices of Community Resources of Colorado are open Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from  April 10, 2023, through May 1, 2023, through May 1, 2023, and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 2, 2023 (Election Day).
